PREREQUISITE: None
However, participants may benefit more from this training if they

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
In this course, participants will have an
opportunity to explore how quality is "defined" within
their organization or operation. Internal definitions of quality
will be compared and contrasted with customer-driven definitions
of quality. Participants will also be challenged to strike an optimum
balance between the cost of quality and the benefits of quality.
Team-based class exercises, using problem-solving tools to address
quality issues, will give participants a chance to test their quality
assumptions and apply what they've learned. The course is designed
