What Customers Are Saying About MMEC's Lean
Leadership Training featuring Bill Waddell:
You hit a home-run with the Leadership
Excellence training. Yesterday was excellent!!! The knowledge Bill
Waddell imparted was necessary and valuable, and his delivery style
made the information very easy to absorb and understand. Thank you,
MMEC, for capitalizing on this opportunity to bring first-class
training to Montana and thank you, Bill, for offering to work on
your Montana vacation. Definitely a win-win for Montana businesses!!!
-- Alicia Moe, Cream of the West,
Harlowton
This was a breakthrough session in
that immediately following, in the parking lot, the controller stopped
to discuss how we proceed to value stream our system to get the
results discussed by Bill Waddell. A great start to the simple ideals
presented in the event. Kudos to MMEC for lining this up!
--Mike Doyle, Lattice Materials
LLC, Bozeman
"The Lean Management workshop
was possibly the best, most relevant seminar for small manufacturers
that the MMEC has offered. It brings the Lean concept to the full
organization, which is mandatory if one is to realize the true benefit
of Lean in production. Presenting in simple, very logical terms,
Bill Waddell is able to create that "ah-ha" moment when
the true concept, purpose, and evolution of improved manufacturing
practices is explained and applied to relevant, familiar scenarios.
This seminar has every likelihood of saving every manufacturer significant
money."
-- Tom Spika, Spika Welding &
Manufacturing, Lewistown
"This session explained complex
manufacturing process in a way that any person can see its applications
in all aspects of business."
-- Beth Allen, Business Advisor,
