Paddy Fleming, is a 5th generation Montanan whose family first came to Montana in 1862. He has deep roots with MMEC where was the Kalispell Field Engineer from 2001-2003, was a MilTech Field Engineer from 2006 through 2013, and was again the Kalispell Field Engineer from 2013 to 2014. He holds a BSME from Montana State University and an MBA from Olivet Nazarene University. Outside of MMEC, he has managerial, engineering and industrial experience in machinery manufacturing, corrugated box manufacturing, hexacomb paperboard manufacturing, and aluminum casting while working with companies such as MarquipWardUnited, International Paper, Tenneco, Pactiv and Timberline Tool.
